Full planning
Usually from 9–12 months before
Venue search, budget, design, every vendor, guest hospitality and the whole wedding week, with one lead planner and a team on site at each function.
Wedding-week coordination
Usually from 6 weeks before
You have planned it yourselves. We take over your bookings, confirm every vendor, write the run sheets and run the functions on the day.
Planning fees are quoted after the first meeting, based on the functions, guest count and city. They are paid in three stages by UPI or bank transfer, with a GST invoice.

Venue search and site visits
Farmhouses, hotels, banquet halls and heritage properties, with availability and rules checked.
Decor and florals
Mood boards for each function, from marigold and mogra to modern pastel set-ups.
Catering and tastings
Menus planned per function, with Jain, vegan and children's options marked.
Sound, lights and entertainment
DJs, dhol, live bands, choreographers and the sangeet running order.
Photography and video
Shortlists of photographers and film teams to match your style, booked in your name.
Guest hospitality
RSVPs, room lists, welcome hampers, help desks and pickups from the airport and stations.
Baraat and logistics
Ghodi or vintage car, route timings, parking and buses between venues.
Rituals and family
Samagri lists with your pandit, ritual timings and a coordinator beside each family.
