Destination weddings from Delhi, planned end to end
Many Delhi families now take the wedding to a lake, a fort or the hills. We plan it from our Delhi studio, then travel with the team and run every function on site.
Where we plan
Six places Delhi families love
Best months are a guide. We check each venue’s own calendar, rules and room count before you pay any advance.
Udaipur
Best months: October to March
Lakeside palaces, rooftop mehendis and a baraat that can arrive by boat. Book rooms early for winter dates.
Jaipur
Best months: October to March
Forts and heritage hotels about five hours by road, so many guests drive. Courtyards suit large sangeets.
Rishikesh
Best months: February to April, September to November
Riverside ceremonies by the Ganga for smaller weddings. Venues set strict sound and timing rules.
Mussoorie
Best months: April to June
Hill resorts for summer weddings when Delhi is too hot. Roads are narrow, so we plan shuttles.
Goa
Best months: November to February
Beach sangeets and sunset pheras. Outdoor sound usually stops at 22:00, so receptions move indoors.
Jim Corbett
Best months: October to June
Jungle resorts with whole-property bookings, good for 80 to 200 guests who want three quiet days.
Guest travel and stay
The logistics nobody sees
- Room blocks and rooming lists. We negotiate the block, track who stays where and share one list with the hotel.
- Flights and trains. A travel desk collects arrival details and books pickups from the airport or station.
- Welcome desks and hampers. Every guest gets a welcome kit with the schedule, a map and local snacks.
- Local vendors and permits. Sound limits, fire permissions for the havan and venue curfews are checked in writing.
- A weather plan. Every outdoor function has an indoor or covered back-up, booked at the same time.
