A farmhouse wedding in Chhatarpur
280 guests · five functions over three days
The families wanted everything in one place, close to home. Haldi was in the morning garden, mehendi under a shamiana by the pool, and the sangeet ran on a stage lit with fairy lights. The pheras were at a marigold mandap at an 11:40 pm muhurat.
Planner's note: We ran two kitchens so the late-night dinner after the pheras came out hot, and kept a quiet room for the grandparents.
Sample budget band: ₹55–70 lakh (estimate, not a quotation)

Three days by the lake in Udaipur
140 guests · room blocks in two hotels
Guests flew in from Delhi, Mumbai and Singapore. Our travel desk met every flight, the mehendi was on a rooftop facing the lake, and the baraat arrived at the ghat by boat to a dhol welcome.
Planner's note: Two hotels meant two welcome desks, one shared WhatsApp broadcast and buses timed to each function.
Sample budget band: ₹80 lakh – ₹1.1 crore (estimate, not a quotation)

A riverside morning wedding in Rishikesh
60 guests · haldi and pheras by the Ganga
A small family wedding with a sunrise ceremony by the river. Decor was marigold, banana leaf and brass, the lunch was served on leaf plates, and the evening ended with diyas floated on the Ganga.
Planner's note: Riverside venues keep strict sound and timing rules, so we planned the music for the afternoon and kept the evening acoustic.
Sample budget band: ₹18–25 lakh (estimate, not a quotation)
